Caricia Catalani
Caricia is currently working toward a Doctor of Public Health with an emphasis on Community-Based Participatory Research at the University of California, Berkeley. In 2005, Caricia earned her Masters of Public Health with a concentration in Maternal, Child, and Reproductive Health from Columbia University. In, 2002, she earned her Bachelor of the Arts magna cum laude with a concentration in Global Development Studies from the University of Michigan. Her professional work has included research and advocacy in the areas of immigrant and Latino health, reproductive justice, community health worker and lay health advisor solutions, race/ethnic health disparities, HIV/AIDS, and poverty-reduction strategies. Caricia has worked with communities internationally and nationally to develop local and empowering strategies for the improvement of health and wellbeing since 1996.
Anthony Veneziale
Anthony is a co-founder and the Associate Artistic Director of Back House Productions, a 501(c)(3) theatre company in New York City. He is the creator of Freestyle Love Supreme which has performed to sold-out houses in Edinburgh, Scotland at the International Fringe Festival (Assembly Rooms), Melbourne, Australia at the International Comedy Festival (Victoria Stage), Aspen, Colorado for the US Comedy Arts Festival (The Tent, Late Night with Catherine O’Hara, Very Funny Stand-Up with Jeff Garland) and Ars Nova in NYC. Anthony has appeared on Sex and the City, All My Children, numerous commercials, he is currently working on a TV version of The New Electric Company with Sesame Workshop and will be appearing in the new Steven Soderbergh film Che! In 1998, Anthony graduated from Wesleyan Univesity with a degree in Film Studies.
